i feel the article was very informative - it gave a cleaer overall picture of the whole process. It gives it more fluidity.

It is good to have the rationale bnehind some of the things we are doing, and why changes are made when they are instead of the old school where it was at times just said "this is the way we are doing "such and such" .

The article was very interesting - I feel the majority of nurses on 4 East have a good feel for advocating for appropr. pain relief with our particilar population of children - the vast majority of them who have pain issues to attend to.

The combination of pain med along with valium or ativan is a great "combo" for our ortho population.
